At VICE Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
